Dr. Gary L Deel

Dr. Gary Deel has completed thirteen college degrees, including a Juris Doctorate in Law, a PhD in Hospitality Administration, five master’s degrees, three bachelor’s degrees, and three associate’s degrees. He is bar-licensed in two states and Washington DC, and he has held a number of certifications in hospitality, education, human resources, fraud assessment, security, and other areas.

Dr. Deel spent more than ten years in leadership industry positions including security, risk management, sales, training, and other areas. He has more than fourteen years’ experience teaching as a university professor. He has taught courses in business, hospitality and tourism, hotels and resorts, recreation, theme parks and attractions, law and ethics, dispute resolution, labor relations, risk management, accounting, technology, facilities and maintenance, sales and marketing, communications, professionalism, astronomy and aerospace, political science, foodservice, culinary management, meetings and events, and other areas. Dr. Deel has also published more than 500 articles, podcasts, lectures, videos, interviews, and other media.
