Communications made through this website are NOT secure, are NOT confidential, and are NOT protected by attorney-client privilege, work product protection, or any other professional privilege or duty of confidentiality. 6. INDEPENDENCE OF EXPERT WITNESS SERVICES

Dr. Deel’s opinions are based solely on his professional qualifications, expertise, and review of relevant facts and evidence in each engagement. Retention of FC Consulting & Expert Witness does not guarantee any particular outcome, opinion, or result. No engagement will be accepted on a contingency fee basis for expert witness testimony.

7. THIRD-PARTY EXPERTS AND REFERRAL SERVICES

FC Consulting & Expert Witness may in certain circumstances refer matters to or collaborate with third-party expert witnesses or consultants who are not employees or agents of FC Consulting &Expert Witness. Any such third-party experts are independent professionals. Where a referral is facilitated, this will be disclosed in advance and any applicable referral fees identified in your engagement agreement.

8. PAST RESULTS AND CASE EXPERIENCE

References to past case engagements or experience are provided solely to describe Dr. Deel’s background and qualifications. Past results do not guarantee, predict, or imply future results. Every matter is unique and results depend on the specific facts, applicable law, jurisdiction, and circumstances of each case.
